Mary Ellen Giffels
Mary Ellen Giffels is a partner to leaders and teams in their transformation journeys to become more productive, satisfied, effective and fulfilled both personally and professionally. She works with teams and individuals as a coach and facilitator to help them become more self-aware, own their strengths and manage their blind spots. In working with Mary Ellen, clients are better able to access their inner compass, develop their authentic voice, navigate complex situations, communicate clearly and be more intentional in their choices.
