- The act of vocalizing one’s fears and excuses diminishes their power, allowing for greater clarity and liberation from self-imposed limitations.
- A mere ten minutes of focused action each day can lead to significant breakthroughs, revealing the latent potential within us all.
- In order to foster trust in oneself, one must reject the narrative of inadequacy and embrace the belief that one is inherently enough.
- Participating in a ten-day quest encourages individuals to listen to their inner voice, which often reveals profound insights and innovative ideas for action.

Okay, so now we are officially going to give you your very first dare.
Speaker A:We are giving you the name of Dare Doer.
Speaker A:Because when you are doing the dares, all of a sudden you are part of being able to change parts of your life for your business that you're wanting to.
Speaker A:And you'll really be getting into the energy of designing your breakthrough year.
Speaker A:And so with this dare, it's really identifying what are your excuses?
Speaker A:What are the things that are going to hold you back?
Speaker A:Part of it is from even participating in this 10 day quest.
Speaker A:The other piece could be what are the things that are going to get in the way of designing your breakthrough year?
Speaker A:What are the things that are going to hold you back there?
Speaker A:And then the second part to this is how will you overcome them?
Speaker A:But Coco, what do you like knowing this dare and the power of this one.
Speaker A:How are you feeling right now?
Speaker B:Well, I'm super excited.
Speaker B:I've been studying excuses for 25 years because it is the only thing that's in our way, right?
Speaker B:It's those things that tell us we can't, that we don't know how, that it's not enough information that we need to perfect it.
Speaker B:We don't have time.
Speaker B:Whatever those things are, and it's what drains our power and keeps us from doing the thing right?
Speaker B:It keeps us from taking the action, whatever that highest and best use action is that can move us forward.
Speaker B:What I encourage us all to embrace here is that breakthroughs of any kind do not require a lot of time.
Speaker B:They just require a little focus and prioritization.
Speaker B:It just says all I need is 10 minutes, right?
Speaker B:Whatever your breakthrough is, most of the time, the thing that you need to do every day won't take you much time, does require that you set the table, you put it on your calendar, you tell people around you that you're going to do it.
Speaker B:Whatever it is that will make sure you take that 10 minutes and 10 day quest.
Speaker B:All you need to do is listen within and answer the questions.
Speaker B:You're not going to need to go out and do any research or figure out a new software or any of that, right?
Speaker B:All you need to do is trust what comes and take two minutes to respond.
Speaker B:That's it.
Speaker A:It's so good.
Speaker A:And then knowing the power that's going to happen when you do take those two minutes to respond.
Speaker B:One of my companies that I started, so I had five companies, I'm on my sixth.
Speaker B:My third company was called the Trust Leadership Institute.
Speaker B:And it came out of my belief that I was not enough.
Speaker B:And so, like many of us, we have that belief, I'm not enough.
Speaker B:This is an excuse.
Speaker B:I'm not enough.
Speaker B:I don't know enough.
Speaker B:I'm not smart enough.
Speaker B:I don't have enough money.
Speaker B:I'm not pretty enough.
Speaker B:I'm not skinny enough.
Speaker B:I'm not.
Speaker B:Whatever it is, I don't have enough.
Speaker B:So the question I asked myself was, well, what would it be like if that thought was gone, that I'm not enough?
Speaker B:And what it brought me to was the idea that I trust myself.
Speaker B:It was just simply, I can trust myself.
Speaker B:I can trust that I am enough.
Speaker B:I can trust that the wisdom I have in this moment is enough.
Speaker B:That the resources I have right now is enough.
Speaker B:The people in my life are enough.
Speaker B:That the air I'm breathing and the food I'm eating is enough.
Speaker B:And all I need to do is take the next step.
Speaker B:So this idea of then taking the step, you can know that in your head.
Speaker B:But if you don't take the step, no magic happens.
Speaker B:All the potency and possibility is stuck.
Speaker B:But when you take the action, and in many cases it's a small action, if you just listen within and act, that is what produces the result.
Speaker B:And usually the result is so much better than you imagine.
Speaker B:It's hidden with magic.
Speaker B:It has fairy dust around it.
Speaker B:When you listen within and follow that wisdom, things just happen.
Speaker B:So that's what this is.
Speaker B:It's an invitation to take a quest.
Speaker B:Every day for 10 days, you're going to listen from your heart, going to help you connect beyond that beautiful head of yours and into your heart and find that other voice, that wise voice that's calm and knows and always is enough and be able to hear what that voice says.
Speaker B:And that voice is going to give you ideas on what to do.
Speaker B:When you start to do those little things, it becomes magic.
Speaker A:This is so good.
Speaker A:This is a key of where this framework works.
Speaker A:Because when you can declare your excuses out loud, they're no longer stuck in your head.
Speaker A:That's what stops most people.
Speaker A:They're thinking it inside their head, like, I'm not good enough.
Speaker A:I don't know what I'm going to say, or can I really do this?
Speaker A:And all of that.
Speaker A:But then what a lot of people don't realize is this person feels that way and this person feels that way.
Speaker A:And once you get it out of your head now, you get to see all the signs and all the things, and you get to like what you said, hear the voice from within.
Speaker A:And so this is a very powerful.
Speaker A:First error, I'm going to also show you, for those of you that are brand new to this framework, this comfort circle framework, where you're going to respond to this error and you're going to say, these are my excuses and this is how I'm going to overcome them.
Speaker A:You can either type your answer, you can audio record your answer, you can video your answer.
Speaker A:It's really powerful when you're able to say your excuses out loud.
Speaker A:And this is not something where you need to have it look pretty.
Speaker A:You don't need to have makeup on or have your hair done.
Speaker A:If you're going to be on video, we want you to be real.
Speaker A:Those are some of my favorite videos.
Speaker A:When I get to see Coco and we met through one of these experiences in another group, just seeing her on the treadmill and being able to interact with her daughter was such a beautiful way to get to know each other.
Speaker A:So just know however you end up showing up is what's really powerful about this experience, is because we're getting to know each other in a really fun, deep way.
Speaker A:I love that.
Speaker B:I'm excited.
Speaker B:I can't wait.
Speaker B:Let's do this.
Speaker A:Here we go.
Speaker A:So the dare is.
Speaker A:I dare you.
Speaker A:What are your excuses and how will you overcome them?
Speaker A:Do the thing.
Speaker A:Don't wait for opportunity.
Speaker A:Create it.
Speaker A:Design your breakthrough year.
